Payment Terms. Payment must be received by Tara Nikita before commencement of any personal coaching program. Payment options include full payment upfront and payment at specified intervals, depending on the item.
Refund, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy. All in-process and completed personal coaching programs are non-refundable. Requests for refunds on the basis of unsatisfactory observations or guidance are not taken into consideration.
Should you cancel your program after I receive your form and have prepared for your coaching, but no session has taken place, you will receive a refund of half the amount of the program. Personalized coaching programs require preparation, and as such, a significant part of my work takes place before your coaching program begins. On my end, the process of working with you begins when you submit your intake form.
If you cancel your personal coaching program after you have paid but BEFORE submitting an intake form, then your fee will be refunded to you in full. No questions asked.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please communicate this at the earliest opportunity. If you are forced to rearrange within 24 hours of your appointment start time (life happens), I will allow you one opportunity to reschedule your session.
Lateness. If you are more than 10 minutes late without any prior communication, I will assume the session is cancelled, and no session will be conducted. You will be allowed one opportunity to reschedule your session.
Unclaimed Programs. Any unclaimed programs that remain unbooked TWO (2) MONTHS after the purchase date will NOT be refunded. No exceptions. You may choose to claim a program up to SIX (6) MONTHS after the purchase date, in which case I will undertake to do facilitate your program, but REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED in such cases. After 6 months (180 days) beyond the purchase date, unclaimed programs cannot be claimed UNLESS you have been in prior dialogue with me to agree upon a longer time frame.
Courses & Classes. All courses and classes are non-refundable. No exceptions. All courses and classes are the property of Tara Nikita and The Spiritual Businesswoman. Course and class materials are for the sole use of individuals who have signed up for a course/class, and are made available for lifetime access. You may not share or in any way distribute to third parties the course or class, your login credentials or your password. Violation of these terms results in immediate removal from the course or class and revocation of lifetime access.
Scope of Advisory Services. The service provided by Tara Nikita is akin to an advisory service. Your program or course or class with Tara Nikita cannot be relied upon in lieu of advice from licensed or qualified professionals. Tara Nikita in no way purports to treat legal or financial problems, but rather suggests empowering, healing and insightful perspectives to help you effect positive transformation in your life. The role of a coach/trainer/counselor is supportive. You are expected to be a sovereign participant in your own transformational process.
Confidentiality. Tara Nikita exercises all reasonable diligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your program and will not voluntarily, knowingly, intentionally, or willfully disclose your identity to third parties.
BY PURCHASING ANY PROGRAM FROM TARA NIKITA YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING TO THE FOREGOING TERMS OF SERVICE.
